Industrial Laser Cleaning: Maximum Efficiency Without Teardowns or Downtime

Eco-Friendly Laser Solutions for Conveyors and Industrial Equipment

In sectors ranging from food processing and pharmaceuticals to precision mechanics, conveyors, tanks, and handling systems are under constant strain. The buildup of grease, powders, syrups, and biofilms doesn’t just compromise hygiene—it threatens your operational productivity.

Our advanced laser cleaning technology vaporizes contaminants through a dry, selective, and non-contact process. Perform deep cleaning directly on-site without the need for equipment disassembly or costly production halts. This spark-free, substrate-safe method is the premier solution for critical industrial environments.

Why Laser Cleaning Outperforms Conventional Methods

Traditional cleaning (high-pressure water, chemical solvents, or sandblasting) often leads to premature equipment wear, hazardous wastewater, and expensive downtime.

In contrast, industrial laser decontamination offers a non-abrasive, highly repeatable solution. Every intervention is fully verifiable, ensuring your facility meets the strictest regulatory standards with total precision.

Sustainable Performance for Modern Industry:

  • Energy Efficiency: Reduce energy consumption by up to 70% compared to traditional pressure washing or abrasive blasting.
  • Eco-Friendly: Zero water, zero chemicals, and zero hazardous runoff—eliminating the need for effluent treatment.
  • Carbon Footprint: Lower your CO2 emissions by up to 80%.
  • Certified Results: Completely residue-free cleaning, fully compliant with HACCP, GMP, and HyV standards.

Achieve superior cleanliness, safety, and sustainability—all while keeping your production lines moving.

FAQ: Industrial Laser Cleaning / Nettoyage Laser Industriel

Can the equipment remain in place during the cleaning process?

Laser cleaning is performed directly on the installed equipment. The conveyor belt or screw feeder is simply operated at a reduced speed—no disassembly is required.

On average, the process takes approximately three minutes per square meter of belt or two minutes per linear meter of screw conveyor.

Each scan removes approximately 2 to 4 µm. Thicker layers can be treated through successive passes with zero material loss.

No risk of damage. Surface temperatures remain below 80 °C, ensuring that passivation layers and seals stay completely intact.

Upon completion, you will receive a PDF report including the operation log, temperature curves, and optional ATP/FTIR testing—fully validatable according to HACCP, HyV, and GMP standards.
